1. Who we are

AutoMechanics is a technology marketplace operated by YN Transport LLC. We connect customers with independent mechanics.

2. Information we may collect

We may collect account details, contact information, vehicle information, service requests, messages, approximate or precise location with permission, payment-related identifiers, photos, ratings, device information, and support communications.

3. How we use information

We may use information to provide the marketplace, match users, process bookings, support payments, prevent fraud, improve safety, deliver support, send service notifications, and comply with law.

4. Location information

Location may be used to show nearby mechanics or jobs, calculate distance, support navigation, and enable job-related tracking after a booking. Users should be told when precise location is being shared.

5. Payments

Payment information may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider. AutoMechanics should not store full card numbers in the mobile app.

6. Sharing

Information may be shared with the customer or mechanic involved in a job, service providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, legal authorities when required, and business successors.

7. Retention

We may retain records as reasonably necessary for the marketplace, disputes, taxes, fraud prevention, safety, and legal obligations.

8. User choices

Users may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@automechanicsapp.com, subject to legal and operational limits.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The service is not intended for children under 18.
